Women in Punk Archive
Nicole Emmenegger (Zurich)
This on-line database features female performers scene of the 1970s and 1980s. For the exhibtion the archive has been expanded to include biography pages for twenty of the lesser known bands and performers from around the world.
On 26 May, just in time for the archive meeting at the Shedhalle, Nicole will produce a mixtape CD with one song each from the twenty featured artists. The CD will be produced in a limited edition and will only be available during the exhibition.
