Nature TM quotes the exhibition form of a fair. Art, social and political projects present themselves with their critique of and activities against Gene- and Biotechnology. Thus, Nature TM is a continuation of the concerns elaborated in GAME GIRL (Shedhalle 1994): Devalorizing and reformulating biotechnological offers + and the culture, from which it has emerged.

By formulating ones work of position as a commercial booth, the critique is positioned in an ironic contradiction with capitalism: "critique must take the form of a product" (Alexander Kluge). The title Nature TM exaggerates the notion that "nature" is not an idyllic conter-image to economic relations. Nature TM attempts, to put the distinctions between nature and culture into question.
